Per Child/Per Hour Fee
Although children are PRICELESS, our childcare services are not. Our rate structure is based on the quality of service that our clientele expect and our extensive early childhood education experience. Infants to age 2 are $25/per child/per hour. Children over age 3 are $15/per child/per hour.Event minimum of 5 children and a maximum 20 children in one room. Additional children beyond your contracted number are $15/per child/per hour. Minimum hours per day is 4. Maximum hours per day is 12.
**Late pick up fee is $5/per 10 minutes later than pick up time.**
Save the Date Fee
$25 deposit to secure your date/time - go to Save the Date page. (Fee is $27 when using PayPal). When client books childcare services with less than 2 weeks before the event, a premium Save the Date fee of $100 is charged. Non-refundable.

For the remaining balance, Mobile Mommies LLC accepts cash, checks, credit cards, money orders and PayPal payments made payable to Mobile Mommies LLC. Payments can be mailed to PO Box 7911, Columbus OH 43207 (please do not mail cash).Mailed payments must arrive no later than 14 days prior to the event date. Same day payments incur and additional $50 handling fee.
**Receipts will be given upon payment and a signed contract is on file.**
Room Set Up Fee
$50 deposit for the organization and preparation of entertainment at the event location. Staff arrives at least 1 hour prior to the event start time to prepare the room for event childcare. This fee is only waived under certain conditions when agreed upon in the contract.
For events with 15 or more children, an additional entertainment fee is added (ie. Face Painter/Balloon artist. Fee is $300)
For every staff member, the client will provide event parking by paid voucher from the event venue OR by a maximum stipend of $20 per day/per staff member. This fee is only waived under certain conditions when agreed upon in the contract.
Travel Fee/Hotel Fee
Mobile Mommies LLC will provide onsite childcare service to locations within Ohio. There is a $25 travel fee for events more than 25 miles from the Columbus, Ohio location. Events outside of the 50 mile distance will include an additional $250 hotel surcharge unless waived.
Events held on federal and U.S. holidays incur a holiday surcharge of $250 flat rate.
